{"id":1141,"date":"2026-02-16T12:19:37","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T12:19:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omnitrust.lu\/projet-de-loi-formation-professionnelle-hausse-des-indemnites-dapprentissage-et-nouvelle-prime-pour-les-formateurs\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T15:41:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T15:41:11","slug":"vocational-training-law-apprenticeship-increase","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omnitrust.lu\/en\/blog\/projet-de-loi-formation-professionnelle-hausse-des-indemnites-dapprentissage-et-nouvelle-prime-pour-les-formateurs\/","title":{"rendered":"BILL: Vocational training \u2013 increase in apprenticeship allowances and new bonus for trainers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Le ministre de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation nationale, Claude Meisch, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2026 un projet de loi introduisant deux mesures importantes visant \u00e0 promouvoir et valoriser la formation professionnelle au Luxembourg.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Revalorisation des indemnit\u00e9s d&rsquo;apprentissage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Les indemnit\u00e9s d&rsquo;apprentissage seront harmonis\u00e9es et calcul\u00e9es sur la base d&rsquo;un pourcentage du salaire social minimum, \u00e9liminant ainsi les disparit\u00e9s actuelles entre les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers et professions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Nouveaux montants :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Pour les formations Certificat de capacit\u00e9 professionnelle (CCP) (2 ans) :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">1re ann\u00e9e : 45 % du SSM non qualifi\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">2e ann\u00e9e : 60 % du SSM non qualifi\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Pour les formations CCP (3 ans) :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">1re ann\u00e9e : 45 % du SSM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">2e ann\u00e9e : 50 % du SSM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">3e ann\u00e9e : 60 % du SSM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Pour les formations Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Aptitude Professionnelle (DAP) \/\u00a0Dipl\u00f4me de Technicien (DT) :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Avant r\u00e9ussite du projet int\u00e9gr\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire : 45 % du SSM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussite du projet int\u00e9gr\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire : 60 % du SSM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Exemple concret : <\/strong>Un apprenti en 1re ann\u00e9e CCP assistant fleuriste percevra d\u00e9sormais 1 216,68 \u20ac par mois contre 672,40 \u20ac actuellement. Un apprenti DAP peintre-d\u00e9corateur passera de 1 237,25 \u20ac \u00e0 1 622,24 \u20ac apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussite du projet int\u00e9gr\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Point important : <\/strong><em>L&rsquo;\u00c9tat prendra en charge la diff\u00e9rence entre les nouveaux montants et les indemnit\u00e9s actuelles pour \u00e9viter toute charge suppl\u00e9mentaire aux employeurs.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Nouvelle prime pour l&rsquo;encadrement des apprentis<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Une prime annuelle de 750 \u20ac par contrat d&rsquo;apprentissage sera vers\u00e9e aux personnes assurant l&rsquo;encadrement des apprentis dans l&rsquo;entreprise ou l&rsquo;administration formatrice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">Cette prime vise \u00e0 valoriser l&rsquo;investissement du personnel formateur dans l&rsquo;accompagnement des jeunes en formation.
