{"id":1167,"date":"2024-10-29T12:19:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T12:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omnitrust.lu\/nouvelle-obligation-de-depot-au-rcs-inscription-du-numero-didentification-national-luxembourgeois\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T15:20:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T15:20:58","slug":"rcs-filing-national-id-requirement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omnitrust.lu\/en\/blog\/nouvelle-obligation-de-depot-au-rcs-inscription-du-numero-didentification-national-luxembourgeois\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle obligation de d\u00e9p\u00f4t au RCS &#8211; Inscription du num\u00e9ro d&rsquo;identification national luxembourgeois"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Chers clients,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Nous vous informons qu\u2019\u00e0 partir du <strong>12 novembre 2024<\/strong>, une nouvelle obligation de d\u00e9p\u00f4t sera mise en place au Registre de Commerce et des Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (RCS) du Luxembourg\u00a0: l\u2019inscription du num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification national luxembourgeois (matricule) pour toute personne physique enregistr\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00c0 qui cela s&rsquo;applique-t-il ?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Toutes les personnes physiques inscrites au RCS, quelle que soit leur capacit\u00e9, par ex. : g\u00e9rant, administrateur, associ\u00e9s etc. Exception faite pour (i) les repr\u00e9sentants judiciaires d\u00e9sign\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure enregistr\u00e9e au RCS, et (ii) les mandataires de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9gies par le droit \u00e9tranger ayant ouvert une succursale au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Ce que cela implique pour vous\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">De transmettre le num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification national luxembourgeois pour chaque personne physique inscrite au sein de votre entit\u00e9. Si vous ne disposez pas d\u2019un tel num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification, une demande de num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Cette information devra \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e lors de tout nouveau d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou mise \u00e0 jour de vos informations au RCS \u00e0 compter du 12 novembre 2024.
