Ce dispositif vise \u00e0 encourager les entreprises \u00e0 investir davantage dans des formations structur\u00e9es et cibl\u00e9es, dans une optique de maintien dans l\u2019emploi et d\u2019adaptation des comp\u00e9tences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:17pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Un programme con\u00e7u pour renforcer les comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">L\u2019objectif du programme est de soutenir les organisations dans l\u2019identification et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur \u00e9volution. Les entreprises qui remplissent les conditions pr\u00e9vues par la loi peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>remboursement partiel des co\u00fbts de formation<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">, afin de faciliter la mise en place d\u2019actions de formation plus ambitieuses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size:17pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Lancement officiel par l\u2019ADEM<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>12 novembre 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">, l\u2019ADEM a annonc\u00e9 le lancement officiel du programme, d\u00e9sormais baptis\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Skills-Plang<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">. Les entreprises \u00e9ligibles sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9poser leur candidature pour obtenir un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9.
