This team's role? Ensuring the clarity and reliability of clients' financial position. Join it and you'll support business owners in their day-to-day operations, from rigorous bookkeeping through to preparing financial statements, giving them the visibility they need to grow.
HR Management
At the heart of human and social relationships, this team looks after one of our clients' most valuable assets: their employees.
From producing payslips to advising on employment law, you'll give employers administrative peace of mind while safeguarding employees' rights — a role that calls for rigour, but also for listening and support.
Marketing
The marketing & communications team builds OmniTrust's image and promotes its services to raise its profile and attract prospects.
Combining creativity with analytical skills, this fully in-house team works hand in hand with sales and management.
Reception & Back-office
The first person you meet when you arrive, the receptionist is, alongside their many other responsibilities, in many ways the face of OmniTrust.
Their main mission? Making clients feel welcome from the very first moment. A genuine bridge between OmniTrust and the outside world, they're also responsible for tasks such as answering the phone and handling the post.
Corporate Services
Whether it's company law or business law, this team is our partners' safeguard and strategic advisor.
You'll be involved at the key stages of a company's life: formation, changes to the articles of association, transfers. Joining our legal team means safeguarding our clients' projects and giving them a reassuring framework to do business in.
Business Development
A true driver of our growth, this team goes out to meet entrepreneurs, understand their challenges, and offer tailor-made solutions.
