Missions
As a member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of the accounting and tax lifecycle for the entities that place their trust in us. Your daily responsibilities will focus on three key areas:
Accounting management from A to Z: You will ensure rigorous bookkeeping in accordance with Lux GAAP standards, from entering transactions to preparing balance sheets and income statements. You will actively participate in the digitization of workflows to provide real-time financial information.
Tax Compliance and Optimization: You prepare tax returns for corporations (IRC, ICC, IF) and individuals, as well as VAT returns. You assist clients in optimizing their tax burden while ensuring strict compliance with Luxembourg law.
Legal Advisory and Secretariat Services: Beyond the numbers, you support executives in their corporate governance. You prepare legal documentation for General Meetings, handle administrative follow-up with the RCS and RBE, and act as a true technical advisor capable of translating complex data into concrete solutions.
