The Commerce and Development department serves as the first point of contact between our expertise and our prospective clients.

In a market as dynamic and competitive as Luxembourg’s, our role is not simply to “sell” services, but to identify needs and build lasting partnerships. Joining our sales team means becoming an ambassador for our expertise to a diverse client base, ranging from innovative startups to major international corporations.

Missions

You play a key role in the firm’s growth and client satisfaction :

  • Business Development and Acquisition: You will identify new business opportunities and build a client portfolio (freelancers, SMEs, holding companies) in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

  • Needs Assessment & Consulting: You conduct initial interviews to understand the specific challenges faced by prospective clients in order to offer them tailored solutions (accounting, tax, HR).

  • Preparing Sales Proposals: Working alongside our technical experts, you will draft clear service proposals that highlight our added value and transparent pricing.

  • Networking and Representation: You actively participate in local events (Chamber of Commerce, business networks, conferences) to raise awareness of OmniTrust.

  • Customer Relationship Management: You ensure new customers are satisfied during their onboarding phase and identify opportunities for additional support.

  • Fluency in French and English is required. Any other languages are a plus.

Education

Typically holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree (3–5 years of higher education) in business administration, business development, or business engineering. All relevant experience is valued.
