The Back-Office & Reception division is the beating heart of OmniTrust. Much more than just a point of entry, this department is responsible for the firm’s organization and brand image. As the first point of contact for our clients and an indispensable support for our technical teams, you serve as the link between external requests and the excellence of our internal services. Missions
This team's responsibilities are wide-ranging and include:
- Customer reception/greeting
- Management and updating of employee administrative records
- Data entry and tracking in internal tools
- Processing of administrative mail and emails
- Classification, archiving, and organization of documents
- Support for teams with various administrative tasks
- Contribute to improving internal procedures and optimizing processes

Education
Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds. For example, they may hold a bachelor’s degree or a BTS (two- or three-year post-secondary diploma) in Administrative Management, Executive Support, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
