Missions
Your role is a hybrid one, combining rigorous administrative management with strategic consulting:
Internal HR Management: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, including career development and continuing education.
Social Secretariat (Client Management): You will be responsible for preparing pay stubs, filing reports with the CCSS (Joint Social Security Center), and handling tax withholdings on behalf of our clients.
Labor Law Consulting: You assist executives with drafting employment contracts, managing contract terminations, and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg collective bargaining agreements.
Compensation Optimization: You provide “salary packaging” solutions (benefits in kind, pension plans) to enhance the appeal of the companies we support.

Education
Our HR & Payroll team members typically hold advanced degrees, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree (3–5 years of higher education), with a specialization in Human Resources, Law, or Management.
Any prior experience or specific knowledge of the professional environment in Luxembourg is highly valued.
