Deposit the capital stock
Once you have drafted your articles of incorporation, you will need to open a business bank account and deposit the company’s capital into it. This money will then be held in escrow until the company is registered, and the bank will issue a certificate confirming that the funds are held in escrow, which will be required for the next step.

Is it possible to start a business in Luxembourg and work in France ?
Yes, but to set up a company in Luxembourg, you must demonstrate that you have a genuine “substance”—that is, a permanent office—and appoint a director who resides within a reasonable distance of the Grand Duchy to oversee day-to-day operations.

- a physical business location: you must have a physical business location in Luxembourg that is suitable for the activity in question;
